Raman Nanda
Managing Director
Raman’s journey started with an illustrious educational track record at the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University where he received a Gold Medal in his B Com Honours course. This was followed by an MBA at IIM-Ahmedabad, . IIMA is widely accepted as India’s best Business School, set up with support from Harvard Business School and the Ford Foundation.
After his MBA, he moved through the corporate world with a range of assignments a journey based on the solid plank of trust, built with colleagues, customers, team members, and other stake holders.
As a Educator, Mentor, Business Coach and Consultant, Raman brings his long and deep experience to the table. This was in positions as diverse as CFO, CHRO, CMO, CEO and Country Head and President. He has always constantly disrupted himself with new experiences, besides living in nine cities in India.
He has worked with start-ups as well as Murugappa Group and Tata Group [ in the position of President ], as well as an MNC.
Raman and his teams have won innumerable victories in difficult and impossible situations – whether in scaling up start-ups or in building business. He has served in the trenches with the troops. A whole lot of colleagues have worked with him, whom he got on-board, mentored and coached them to become shining stars.
Serving on Tata boards, Board committees, Industry associations like ACMA Executive Committee as well as Rotary Boards, Raman’s career has been rich in experiences.
Raman’s presence made a huge difference to the business in terms of response to the customers, relationships with them and effectiveness in meeting Quality, Cost and Delivery expectations. His customers have always observed and felt this difference, and they stayed loyal.
In international business, Raman set new benchmarks in his work with huge breakthroughs with customers as diverse as ABB, Ford, Toyota, VW group, Honda, and General Motors, and with deals going up to a several million dollars in first a single meeting.
His extensive travel across the US, Europe, Japan, China, and Korea made him a sought-after partner for many businesses. His knowledge of foreign languages has also helped.
Today his passion is Educating, Mentoring and Business Coaching of Organizations, Families, Owners and CXO’s. He enjoys doing this, while building similar trust in this zone with more and more organizations.
With experience and exposure in India and overseas, Raman is a versatile coach, well equipped to make his clients succeed multi-fold.
